Spoils of War...Er The Garden.
I must say that our garden was not the best attended to this year. But as nature will have it, we did have produce. Mom's peppers and carrots did VERY well! Yummo! Actually, all the peppers turned red while inside waiting to be cut and froze. FYI: Red, orange and yellow peppers are simply ripe green peppers. Green peppers are not ripe, hence the bitter taste.
