I woke up this morning. By 10am I was sure that I shouldn't have gotten out of bed! I'm nuts! I kept Connie in stitches most of the day because of all the off the wall things I kept doing or the things I kept forgetting to do. At lunch I met up with mom and took the kids home with me so she could grocery shop alone. I did the normal things, read the mail, checked my email, chatted with dad. I was half way back to town when I realized what I had forgotten to do. Can you guess? I forgot to eat lunch!!! I was already running late because I spent 15 minutes looking for my shoes. I took them off when I got home, but couldn't find them to put them back on again. I kept slipping up on little things back at work and by 6pm Connie was ready to ship me back to my home planet. Tetris I will admit is not a good way to spend one's time at work. I also will admit that it did end up keeping me busy at times in the Garden Center today. It has gotten slow just all of the sudden. I'll have to really brainstorm for activities before next week! Dad is always seeing mediocre paintings places and telling me how I could do better. I keep putting him off, I don't have much space for such things right now in my room. I did however start a painting several months ago. It has been shoved away in a corner since I rearranged, but tonight I pulled it out again. Mom and the kids went to dog practice and I sat in my room and painted. I like to paint, I

I think half of us in the U.S. would simply dwindle away in our squalor if it were not for company coming. Okay, maybe that is a bit extreme. I do like things clean, even when someone else won't see it. It is a lot easier though to think of keeping things picked up when you know a non dweller-of-your-home comes to visit. My brother and sister-in-law, along with my nephew, are coming on Saturday for an entire week. We've done really good about not panicking and over stressing the cleaning. I started early this week, just doing a little bit here and a little bit there. Mom too. It helped a lot. Becoming a woman of beauty, it what our Bible study is about and we are in I, II, III John. I want to be beautiful by the Lord's standards. I have so much growing to do. Lord please move in and through me! This afternoon we had two little house guests, Ogle girls. They all had a ball together in their dress-up gowns. Quinn was the butler and I think there was a queen, a princess and a
