Hehe, after yesterday's long post today will probably be a bit of relief. I worked all day at Backbone. Marci and I have such a great time together, just chatting away. I still manage to get everything done even. At lunch I came home, despite the price of gas. The kids were having school at the school again, so I grabbed a sandwich at the house and joined them. I "daintily" tried out the Mean Green and mineral spirits I bought the other day, on the carpet glue. They both work, but I think the mineral spirits do work better and both are a bit faster than scraping it all up I believe. Hurray! My only problem was that I couldn't stay and work on it then. After work we finished Sense and Sensibility. Emma Thompson does such a good job and Kate Winslet is an excellent crier. Her eyes and nose actually get red, good acting:) Alissa

At 12:32am in the town of Broken Bow, twenty five years ago today a child was born to Tim and Sheree Slagle...THAT WAS ME!!! Happy Birthday to self! I really enjoy birthdays and not just because I'm younger. I love knowing that I survived another year, was here to serve the Lord another year, had the privilege of enjoying my family another year and much more!!! I did have to work in the a.m. at the Garden Center, but to my surpise and delight Amelia was there too:) I'm so glad you are home Amelia, my friend. We weren't really busy and it was just us, the Finney's and Ray. Amelia brought yummy apple muffins in for my birthday and she even sang to me while Ray held the lighter above a muffin. Haha, such a fun work environment:) Connie was gone for her dad's dr. appointment but had said I was allowed to leave at lunchtime if we weren't swamped. Yay, for nice bosses. Amelia and I enjoyed my birthday lunch at Emily's downtown. That place is so cute and the compan

Bible study was at the Berean Sonlife Center this morning. The lady with the key didn't show, so we all hung out outside while mom ran to fetch it at the church. It was a nice group again, a lot of different ladies too. I enjoy so much being a part of the group and being encouraged by other believing women. So often I've been the babysitter, that I feel a bit out of place at times;) I'm loving it though. Brenna and dad went to 4-H horse practice this morning and after Bible study Quinn went to Stetson's house so it was just mom and I. We went to Jack N Jill and picked up some vittles before meeting dad and Brenna at the park. Yummy chicken and orange fluff:) I went with dad after lunch and Brenna went with mom. Today was the first "June Jamboree" day at the 4-H building. Brenna got to learn about using a digital camera with Mrs. Badgley...no fair! Dad and I ran some errands before heading back home. We went to the OTHER chiropractor for him...I waited in the c
