Soooo, I made it home safely at 3 am this morning/last night. I had to be up and at work by 9am so I didn't get to relish a full night's sleep. I made it though. Work was a bit of a blurrrrr and I laughed at ridiculous stuff alot. Connie laughed when she heard of my traveling time. It was a bit of a blunderful day:S I accidentally sold a hanging basket that was for a funeral:S Connie didn't have it marked so I assumed (not supposed to do that) it was fair game. We had to call the woman and have her return it, I'm so glad she was okay with doing so. Once I finally got home I was on the list to decorate Quinn's birthday cake for tomorrow. Mom was supposed to bake it, but....the garden cart arrived and its assembly slightly sidetracked her efforts. Making a cake after so little sleep should be outlawed, either that or our kitchen was possessed;) I mixed the batter all up, correctly even, and had it in the nicely greased and floured Ninja Turtle cake when a blunder occu

Travis couldn't get off work early enough to take me to the airport this afternoon. Instead he didn't go into work until 10am. He made us yummy pancakes for breakfast. Haha, then he realized there was no syrup:) Our pancakes were still yummy with raspberries and powdered sugar! Michelle and I dropped him off at work and I got LOTS of hugs. I have the BEST big brother!! Then we headed off for the Botanical Gardens. It was such a cool place! The building was all glass and a old style. It isn't a really big place, but was really nice on a school day. The plants were wonderful, and I actually recognized some as ones we have at the Garden Center!! Mind you, we only have one orchid at the Garden Center and they had atleast 30:) There was a koi pond (Ansel's favorite), banana trees, fountains, a cactus room, and much much more. We decided to eat at Tim Horton's afterwards and we both enjoyed a bowl of soup. It was pretty chilly out and soup was perfect. Done eating, we had

Michelle and I spent the day with Ansel. We played with him, bathed him, fed him and let him nap:) He is so much fun, I can hardly wait for them to come out to Nebraska next month!!! Again, we picked Travis up from work at Moog. This time we headed out to Lechworth State Park with a picnic lunch. It is about an hour out there from Moog. Trav let me use his camera to get some shots off. Hehe, I love his camera and Clara's camera...I'm not coveting, but I will get one of my own someday:D Lechworth is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! It is a huge park along a river. We ate our lunch near the "inn" which overlooks the massive waterfall. I got to use the restroom in the "inn" and I decided I wanted to kick everyone out and move in...GORGEOUS and OLD!! It was loverly. After eating, we roamed down around the waterfall. My camera batteries died:( Travis's did too, but he was able to trick his camera into working for him. We got back in the car then and just drove all over

Travis had to work today of course, so it was just Michelle, Ansel and I. We lounged around a bit in the morning and then we headed out for lunch. We ate at Duff's for some Buffalo-style wings. Boy were they good! It was an interesting little place, different environment. Hehe, the "hostess" looked alot like Bridget Correll. Anywho! After we ate, we went to Target to return some items and just to browse. Trav and Michelle are moving into a house June 1st so we spent quite a bit of time going through the curtains for ideas and such. It was nice and relaxed and I had nothing to fret or worry about! We went out to Moog and picked Travis up, he rode his bike into work. We stayed in East Aurora for supper at Tantalus. It is a nice place that they both really like. We had a wonderful time. On the way home Travis drove us through downtown Buffalo and all over. We stopped at the water (Lake Erie) and saw all the rich people's boats. It was a nice drive. Last, we stopped in at

Sunday, Sunday, full of rain day. Tori and I didn't make it to church this morning. Joy had to leave at 10:30 for a bridal shower in New Jersey. I said good bye to her and then prepared for my own departure. Yesterday the plan was for Travis and Michelle to come all the way to Lancaster to get me. They called at about 9am to say they had left too late for that to happen. So Tori and I packed up in her Tracker and headed off in the rain for some unknown meeting place. It was really raining, almost to the point of getting off the big highway. We had a great time chatting, listening to music and watching the rain come down. Hehe, then we missed one of our turns:) Instead of turning around and back-tracking 20+ miles, we opted for a round-about scenic route. It was beautiful! We drove down a smaller highway through the tall trees and cute little towns. Part of the time we were driving along a river too! Finally we found the town Travis and Michelle were eating their picnic lunch at, an
