This morning I got all ready for church, packed up my things and we headed out the door. I planned on taking my car to church as well and then heading for home from there. Well... Project 366 picture: My car wouldn't start. It just made the "I'm dead, so don't bother trying to turn me on" clicking noise, even when we tried to jump it. We headed to church and decided to figure it out after church. Church was great! I even got to play 6 Degrees with the person sitting next to me:) We had Thanksgiving dinner following church and it was delicious. Now back to the car...I'd given up on it. In my mind I was trying to figure out how I was going to afford a new car right now. But, God is good and it started right up!!! Homeward bound! I took my time piddling through the sweet little towns along the way. I even got another historical marker!!! There are lots of grain bins between Hastings and Crete. When Kayla and I started setting up our purses and such at the craft fair we realized...we had a lot of stuff!! It was so crowded on that table, coat rack and floor. The girls in the booth next to us knew Kayla through church and having them there was enjoyable. I don't get to spend much time with my cousin, especially one-on-one. We had a ball chatting away, even once we got home. Project 366 picture: I did better selling at this fair, but still not great. I sold 2 purses and an apron. Oh well, we had a splendid time anyway. Seth and Julia showed up as were loading up. I'm so glad they came down to see me. Isn't he sweet, bundling her up:)? They didn't feel like driving further on down to where Kayla and Derek "Big Dog" live so we went to DQ for ice cream. I must say it was just a very nice and enjoyable time together. I'm excited to have those two lovebirds home for Thanksgiving!! Check out what else I found!!! Shilo and I "found" th

It is that time of year again! HARVEST TIME!!! I love seeing the huge piles of golden corn, the giant beast of a combine running through the fields, or down the road in this case:) I wasn't terribly busy this morning. I had to do a periodic check on the status of our neighbor. Part of the roof is missing. I've never watched a demolition like this. It is a one man crew too, so it might take longer. At lunch I had to pack like crazy to get all my stuff ready for the weekend. You see, I'm going to stay with my cousin and her cousin. She and I are selling our wares at a Craft Fair in Crete. Should be a good time! I was hoping that I could leave work right at 6pm and get on the road then too. Alas, everyone wanted in this evening and I didn't get home to load my car until 6:45pm The drive wasn't too bad, I took a scenic route and got to see the lights of many small towns. My eyes were so tired though. After 3.5 hours I was there and this is what I saw! How
