Down The Road Again!
Mom needed a planning day for the upcoming school year recently. I had the day off and she asked me to take the kids away for the day. I didn't want to have to spend any money or go very far. Sooo, we opted for a nature adventure. We returned to the pretty/skunk road and went further up and further in... The road was really overgrown, it looked a lot different from the time we were here a few months ago. We packed our lunch and headed out with no time restrictions. I pointed out lots of different plants. We visited Mr. Cicada here. So much to see! We stopped where we ended our last adventure to eat our lunch.
