Project 366- October 5, 2008

Choose Life. Everyone deserves a chance at this life. God creates each one of us as individuals and knows us even in the womb. Today was Life Chain Sunday. A day to stand up for those children across our town and give them a voice.
My mom's been organizing the Life Chain in our county for 17 years. This year was cool and blustery but it didn't stop 80 people from coming and standing for life.
Brenna held her sign through the entire hour this year. She's grown up a lot since last October. Her birthday is coming soon...wow she'll be 9! We had some very good conversations during the Life Chain today.
Church potluck was very slim on desserts this week so we went to Runza for ice cream. Yum!
Berwyn isn't much of a community. The only thing the "community" does is raise money for the volunteer fireteam with a pancake feed. Brenna and Quinn think it is the best thing. Tonight was the feed and the kids decided to ride their bikes down.
Hehe, the horses weren't sure what to think of Quinn and his squeaking wheel:) Project 366 picture:
It is amazing how all the people of the Berwyn area come out of the woodwork for this pancake feed. So strange, such a strange little village.
