Brenna and Peanut at Fair
Brenna and Peanut came to the county fair again this year. Monday is an all day affair of showing starting out bright and early.
Peanut is such a pretty little mare. The pre-jr showmanship class (judging is based on grooming and how well the kid shows her horse) was HUGE!
Brenna really likes the riding classes better. I actually got a picture of her smiling;)
I was so proud of both of them as I watched their trail pattern. They did the gate perfectly!
Horsemanship was the last class for both Brenna and our dear Margaret. It however was several hours between their last two classes. We found a lovely spot out of the heat while we waited.
I laid in the grass under the cottonwoods listening to the wind in the leaves and the cicadas. It was beautiful!
