Thankful.

We "got" a deer last night.

Unfortunately, we were not hunting for one.

He tried jumping our van.

There was glass everywhere, as well as...hair:S
Three windows were made non-existent and the windshield stayed only due to it being safety glass. I thank God for the invention of safety glass.

He did come into contact with something other than glass though.

The rear view mirror came in and thankfully didn't smash mom in the face. It was shattered to pieces too, some even ended up in my purse.

So glad that Quinn remains in a high backed booster seat, even at age 8. His head was protected from the two shattering windows next to him.

We "got" a buck.

I thank the Lord for keeping us safe. But even if something worse had happened to one of us...I would praise Him.
