I became an aunt again in July. I didn't however get the quilt made for my nephew before he arrived. So that is what I have been hard at work at these days. His mama gave me colors and even the pattern idea from a pattern. I found the Pow-Wow pattern at Cluck Cluck Sew ! It is a pretty simple pattern but very cute. It would have been simpler if I had read the instructions instead of plunging ahead though! It was to be constructed in horizontal rows...I went vertical. It is working just fine, but I still feel silly. I'm also excited for whatever project I decide to make with these leftover half-square triangles. So many options! Yay, for quilts and new nephews who are soon coming to visit :) Linking up with Let's Bee Social ! Alissa
