Baby Juniper
I have hit a baby quilt season! Several young women I knew as little girls are having babies. It makes me feel a bit old but I am enjoying the opportunity to make them quilts!
Once again my helper thinks I am laying them out for him! His cuteness and location slowed my pin basting for awhile!
I held onto the paper with the fabric line info for a bit but i can't find it. This was a jellyroll I had in my stash. I can't tell you anything other than I bought it because it was cute!
Haha, now they both had to try it out!
I went very simple with the quilting. Just a diagonal through each block. I am still waiting to have Miss Vivian checked out so I did this one on my featherweight.
It turned out very nice!
I went with fleece on the back. And I was able to pull out an appropriate label I got last winter, "Made During Naptime".
Delivery has been made to the lovely little girl I made this for so I had to share!
That is a cute jelly roll! I love them for baby quilts - they make for such quick finishes, and you know they're going to match without a ton of color comparison.
