Baby Girl Gets Fabrics To Match

Here we are with another baby quilt to share!!

I made this quilt for a friend's wedding gift a few years ago.

Shortly after hearing she was expecting, I found a leftover charm pack of the wedding quilt fabrics. I knew exactly what to use it for!!

I again wanted something quick and simple. I tried randomly arranging the squares but settled on these diagonal rows of similar colors.

Another job for my featherweight! We are getting closer to closing off the wall for my sewing room! I look forward to the choices that will give me in fabrics and machines!!

This went together so quickly during the little guys naptime. 

I added a blue border to make it a little bigger.

I chose another fuzzy fabric for the backing.

The quilting went quickly when I just sewed the diagonals.

I used the backing to create the binding. Fun to give the front a little fuzziness too!

Another fun finish!
